Interested in a free seat to hear some of the world’s finest musicians perform chamber music? The Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival is looking for Volunteers to serve at performances during their 2018 Festival Season (Sunday, July 15th – Monday, August 20th). Assignments include greeting and directing Patrons, ushering, taking tickets, assisting the ticket office Will Call and preparing/collecting programs. Volunteer Training is scheduled for Friday, July 13, from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at St. Francis Auditorium, at the NM Museum of Art.
Volunteer time commitment includes an hour prior to performance start with scheduling based on interest/availability. Options include: Tuesday/Thursday Noon, Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday evenings and Monday morning Youth concerts. Volunteers must be reliable and flexible, have good people skills, a positive attitude, the ability to move efficiently for on-time performances and be 16 years or older. The support and commitment of our dedicated Volunteers contribute significantly to the Festival. In return, the Festival offers a seat to hear great music and meaningful involvement. 2018 Festival Season scheduling starts now, Volunteer opportunities fill quickly and while most scheduling will be completed by May, 2018, additional openings may become available during the Festival Season.
