*For the best viewing experience, plug your computer into a power source and disable the automatic “sleep” option on your computer for the duration of the video. You can find a helpful guide on how to do that here for Windows and here for a Mac. Be sure to return your computer to its default settings after you watch your video since “sleep” mode helps extend the life of your monitor.
Please note that the process for using the HDMI format to watch videos may vary depending on the make and model of your TV, computer, or device. Make sure you’re using the appropriate cables and adapters as required by your specific equipment. Click here for a helpful illustrated guide.
Option 3: Watch on your smart TV using your internet browser.
- On your smart TV, open your internet browser, type SFCMF.org/watch into the address bar, and click “Enter.”*

*Please note that most smart TVs have an internet browser app or allow you to download one. The name and location of your smart TV’s internet browser app will vary depending on the make and model of your TV, so check your TV’s user manual for more information. If your TV has a voice-activated remote, simply ask it to find “internet” or “browser.”
Option 4: Watch on your Roku.
- To watch a video on your Roku, you need a free Vimeo account, which you’ll then access via Roku’s Vimeo app. If you don’t already have a Vimeo account, you can set one up here.
- Before watching a Festival video for the first time, you need to access it on our website, SFCMF.org, from your computer using the unique password we emailed you after you purchased your ticket. After you access the video, click the clock icon in the upper-right corner to mark it with “Watch Later.”
- Open the Vimeo app on your TV and log in to the account you either already had or created in Step 1 above. The video will now be available via your “Watch Later” list.
